Manchester City and November Madness

Manchester City is currently leading the Premier League with 5 points ahead of neighbors Manchester United.  So far, Manchester City has scored 39 goals in the past 11 games averaging almost 4 goals per game.  The question is, can the Blues keep up this performance until the end of the season?  It has been proven that every individual player is able to perform while at the pitch.  However, the players that make a true difference are the two midfielders, Yaya Toure and David Silva.  On November 19th Man City will face third place Newcastle United, this will be heir second challenge of the season.  Let us remember that Manchester City was victorious over Manchester United.

Manchester City are currently in second place with 7 points in the Champions League Group A, below Bayern Munich with 10 points.  On November 22, the Citizens will play Napoli for the Champions League in Italy. The last time these two powerful clubs faced each other the game ended with a tie, both teams scoring only once in Manchester.
The last game for Man City in November will be against Arsenal for the Carling Cup.  Winner will advance to the next round while the loser will be eliminated from the prestigious English tournament.

In another news, Carlos Tevez arrived in Argentina on Tuesday November 8th accompanied by his family.  Carlos has accepted his fine of a two-week suspension after the Manchester City versus Bayern Munich incident.  It has been almost a month since the last time Tevez played with the Blues.  Carlos denied commenting on his current situation with the club or the national team.  The former Boca Juniors striker has not been called to the national team since the disappointing Copa America results.
