£200,000-a-week, Carlos Tevez was cleared of a driving offense after declaring that he did not speak English.
Former Boca Junior "told a court through his lawyer he had never seen a document asking him
if he was the driver of a Bentley clocked doing 38mph in a 30 zone," according to Mirror.co.
Mirror also mentions that lawyer Gwyn Lewis told courts: “He does not deal
directly with his own post as he does not speak English. But he accepts
he was driving.”
Yesterday, September 21, Tevez was part of the starting line up that beat Birmingham 2-0 for the Carling Cup. This result advances Manchester City from Round Three.
